To power your way to dreams/achievement/etc., you can use whatever fuel you want: anger, love, duty, futility, obsession, positivity…Some fuels, though, will leave residue, and eventually become toxic.

(The cleanest burning ones, IMHO, are discipline and clarity.)

  2. Would you like to give some examples of what you mean by clarity?

    1. Haha! Okay clarity is a loaded word with a lot of layers. I’ll start with the base one: A perception of reality that’s sharp enough to facilitate functionality/manipulation of gross material elements and concepts. I’m not gonna ramble on about the different graduations after that so I’ll just skip to the last one (and this is just IMHO): Direct experience of the divine. A full realization at all levels of being that the only nondualistic things in existence are love, laughter (the 100% pure kind) and dreams/creation. Full integration of this knowledge allows someone to bend reality in extreme cases and at the very least, see beyond the illusion of suffering and realize that Everything Is Okay. Hope that didn’t get too meta/new agey for you, but that’s basically the multitude of meanings I feel is implied by “clarity.”
