  4. Forget the word sane, I have
Problems with the word society. My
    Childhood and teens were
Plagued by ‘What will society say’ phrase before and after every discussion. My answer “Who cares…their. A bunch of self
Riteous back slapping or stabbing bunch toffs!”
Ask Julius Ceasar what he thought of that. I say people who lack courage to think
For themselves are mad about society. Ask Socrates-
On a day in 399 BC the philosopher Socrates stood before a jury of 500 of his fellow Athenians accused of “refusing to recognize the gods recognized by the state” and of “corrupting the youth.” If found guilty; his penalty could be death-
Which it was – he was expected to
    Poison himself.
    I love a rant – Hee Hee!!!

    1. There’s definitely something to the insanity of the masses, but it’s a tricky tradeoff IMHO. You need the effort of and multiple talents of the masses in order to create thing you couldn’t by yourself, but at the same time you gotta make sure you blend in with ’em so they don’t turn against you. A bit like being a secret agent, in my opinion. ๐Ÿ™‚

      2. Actually there is another way of thinking of society. For me society works under the sea. I’m the fish that breaks away has my adventure and then swims back to the rest. I have a permanent scar from a hammer shark which says I’m different and freaking crazy.( sanity again…see brought it back to you).

      3. At least you get a bit better at avoiding those sharks, and you get to see some of the cool Unexplored in the process! ๐Ÿ™‚

  5. I prefer to think I’ve earned Sanity. I’ve had moments when not in my right mind, indeed, when I refused society’s sanity. We each learn to deal with what we believe in and how to address others. My thinking is clear and unchallengeable. I oath of humanhood is also clear. Those who hurt others, who refuse to try to make their corner a better place, who demand others follow them to insanity are unable to bring a collapse to my mental state. I understand other opinions, but to me, I am ready to be myself.

  6. This one made me laugh out loud, mostly because it’s so true! Sanity is relative.
