Tending/managing the body’s baser needs is not weakness; it is humble acknowledgement. Those who pretend differently invite the propagation of ignorance, the pain of suppression, and—if they are unlucky—an involuntary meltdown.

I struggle with this. To base your strength in voluntary action, to courageously step into the vastness of human nature. To dip your finger in the thick blood of morality and the ethical, critical foundation is somewhat cringeworthy. Somewhat because it gives a truthful foreboding message. I suppose you must do it to find life, to regenerate your senses to their full potential.
