Society whispers to us: ย “Stay within these gray,ย reputable walls. ย Forgo creativity and that deep, everlasting wisdom. ย Perpetuate, perpetuate, perpetuate.” ย But an ancient part of us responds. ย It says that for our brief stay on this spinning marble, that we are meantย to be explorers; freed by discipline and audacity, subject to no snare of craving, or prison of tradition.
We are not meant to live with downcast eyes in fearful drudgery, but out in fresh air, with open-eyed wonder.
