Musings

I believe that whatever path we take, however selfish/altruistic, noble/villainous, or indulgent/disciplined it is, we are all (in our own way) grasping for some kind of ascendance-some relief from suffering.  An individual’s path may look repugnant, and may in fact be misguided, but I firmly believe that it is motivated-at the deepest level-to merge with some Greater Truth.

Now I’m not one to endorse blind compliance or lack of consequence, but even when we do what is harshly necessary, I try to keep the aforementioned in mind, for it can be a source of understanding and compassion.
