Synopsis: Echo is a sci-fi dystopian novel about humanity’s rise out of a futuristic dark age. Humans left Earth sometime in the 21st century. They settled on Echo, a planet that had all the beauty and nature of Earth but with no inhabitants except for rudimentary plant life. It was a golden second chance. Fast forward 1200 years, government and corporations have merged into the brutal and oppressive Regime. Military and police have merged into the unfeeling Department of Enforcement. One man, a bitter and crippled former Enforcer, has the potential to break the cycle of ignorance and darkness on Echo. Before doing so, he must break the cycle of darkness within himself.
