    Umm I’m stumped. Lessons I get but how would I use random abuse positively. I doubt you are suggesting using them… I think your character is in turmoil and giving himself a pep talk.

      Well, by default, in the grander sense we get smacked around by life, right? We can either experience post traumatic stress or in the case of the few (like oprah or mccain) we can experience post traumatic growth.
