In regards to my internal state, I initially put great stock in the saying, “Let it flow and let it go.”

Then, as I gained more trust in the idea of a default benevolence forming and woven into all of existence, I changed it to, “Let it flow and it will go,” since forcing myself to release negativity proved to be counterproductive.

Then, as I gained even more trust in default benevolence, I began to suspect the flow was automatic, and it didn’t need me to focus on it at all. So I changed it to just, “Let it be,” and it began flowing and leaving all on its own.

  3. Hi, Kent. I just purchased your Echo series novels 1-4 from the Kinde store. As I have communicated to you, I enjoy your style of writing and had suggested what you already have done; that is, find a publisher of your novels, either as ebooks or physical books. Frankly, I don’t enjoy ebooks as much as handling a physical book but the convenience of popup open a store on my smartphone which I always carry with me has been a godsend. Also, I wish to thank you for responding to my messages BUT, hang it all, I can’t find them! I link to the beginning of the response and the message seems to disappear. That linkage has much to be desired. So, again, I want to congratulate you for publishing your work and after reading more than you Echo chapter 1, I hope to be able to enjoy more of your easy reading works.

    2. Bill, thanks so much for giving Echo a read! I’m in the process of working with my publisher to eventually bring all of Echo into paperback format. I hope you enjoy the story!

  4. Is your “avatar” a serious representation of you as you are or as you would like to be?

  5. From effort → to trust → to surrender. “Let it flow and let it go” takes awareness. “Let it flow and it will go” leans into faith. But “Let it be”? That’s pure allowance—no pushing, no watching, no trying. Just space. And somehow, in that stillness, everything moves exactly as it should.

It’s like the universe breathes better when we stop micromanaging the healing.
