Absolutely! A walk in the park usually solves my problems. Also, sometimes the world become a terrible, horrible place and then I realize after a sandwich that I was just hungry and everything is fine.

Indeed! People are often in denial about how taking care of the basics is the first step….before searching for esoteric solutions, it’s important to try the ones that are immediately available.

Often a nice long run does wonders to change my perception, I also find writing things down (often on my blog) I manage to unpack things in my mind and change my position. Great posts keep it up.

Indeed! My knees are too bad to run, but I bike up a scenic hill not just to get the aerobic benefits, but also to remind myself there’s more to life than a keyboard affixed to my hands, haha!
