I think the INTENT under every statement has truth to it (even the ugly & stupid ones are muddled cries for power/security/validation); the challenge lies in how well we can EXPRESS that intent.
So remember, poets: bad poetry is terrible, good poetry is sublime. 😉
As I get older
It is confirmed
Poetry is in the eye
Of the beholder!
Some of the time it is sublime.
There’s naught really but the Sublime
From time to time some say it must rhyme
But that’s just Prudes saying “It all must fit!”
But they have no say in being Infinitely Loved…
Even though they’re throwing a Snit. 😉
