I think of life’s edge as some fantastic cliff surrounded by vibrant green, and while we live, we inch closer to that edge, desperately constructing philosophies/ideals/rules to try to account for what’s beyond it. Here’s mine: We should fully enjoy the greenery while we inch closer, and not worry about going over.
Because I believe at the bottom, there’s waves that are the warmest blue, and they’re just as breathtaking as the stuff up top.
