Start with 50 words/day, 10 even.  Keep it steady and it will naturally become 100,500,1000…but the key is to start—and to keep it steady.

    I just wrote a chapter tonight. Chapter 7 (of 8) of the Ancient Histories. I’m back on schedule, hehe.

    I second this advice. While replying to your posts yesterday I wrote 1000 words for chapter 22. Might have written gibberish but they were words. Honest Guv!
