I like to use the outer world as a playground/laboratory. All too often, I’ve seen people (myself included) claim that they’re different, reinvented, or changed. New clothes, addresses, hair…yet their habits/views remain stuck in stagnancy. External results are a rough barometer that let me know if I’m walking the walk or if I’m simply running my mouth.
Without feedback from an external source, how can you tell if you’re changes are having an effect?

true, though deep change might not have an immediate effect that can be perceived by others. but can be felt by the changee if you will 😉

Answer to James question; By the things and opportunities that suddenly attach themselves to you. You become a walking magnet!
This musing brought out the serious side of me by making me think about how I work. No cheekiness from me today.
