You gotta put in the time. Now the exact amount may change; talent, luck/providence, unexpected leaps in awareness-these factors can lengthen or shorten how long it takes to get to your goal. But one, unchanging, simple fact remains: You gotta put in the time.

And if you’ve become disheartened, and you’ve just quit. If you’ve taken an indefinite break and don’t know how to get that fire back. Just. Put. In. The. Time.
If you are determined to make a comeback, on day 1 of your rebirth, put in some time. Write 100 words. And when you’re done, laugh at the force that stood in front of you. Mock that which kept you from writing. And then write 50 more words. Print it off if it’s on the computer. Lay the paper on your bare chest and close your eyes. Feel it there. Sense it there. And know…that you…are back!

For me it’s 99% perspiration and 1% inspiration and I would add, over time.

I completely agree. The more you write the better you get at it too. Thanks for following my blog. I’m following you too. See you around. 😉
