The key isn’t to be unthinkingly organized/strict with everything; the key is to know what things to be organized/strict with to get everything done. One is a rote prison, the other is an adaptive compass fashioned from creativity and fluidity.

If the motivation is true you stick to the organisation and even break it down more- but for motivation to be true you have to believe that you can- and ‘sire’ you sure can.
