I’m getting blitzed on Facebook right now with happy birthdays (just changed it to be visible to me alone). My B day isn’t actually 9/19/85, that’s just the day and month of the first Batman issue. (Actual date 9/19/39) Why the man of mystery stuff? Am I pug ugly? Haha no (least my mom tells me smile emoticon ) I stay anonymous because I personally know authors that have been harassed and had to pull their books. Unless you’re top .01% you don’t have the money for a manager/bodyguard/country fortress so I’ll stay unknown unless I ever get to that level.

Totally agree, you’d be a fool to put all your information correctly on FB. I am 115 years old and still get birthday wishes! (I am not really 115…..)

I have another author friend that uses a pen name and does the fake birthday thing as well but your is way better than hers. I’m going to have to tell her to follow your blog and pick up some hints!
