Eventually, with enough time on a designated path, I believe it will lead to the realization that one must blaze their own trail.

Does not hurt to be a reluctant bad ass trail blazer.

Everyone stretches things to fit the shape they feel themselves to be. They might not have ‘created’ that shape, but it is unique to them. And then so is the trail they follow. Some do want to go where no-one else has been – and good luck to them! Some want the relative safety of a well-trodden route. One day we might blaze a new trail, whilst another day we rest by the lake and take in the view.

Absolutely. I think you’ve cut to the heart of it–one can’t help but be unique no matter what. We are destined to be trailblazers in always-new configurations of space-time, and it is up to our perception to determine if we find it fulfilling.

With brothers and sisters all blazing their own trails, it becomes a familiar example!

So true! As Yoga Berra once said, “When you come to a fork in the road, take it.”

Indeed! Life can be spent how we wish, but it will be spent nonetheless, so it’s nice to experience some adventure and reward, in my opinion.
