Musings

I suspect that relaxing my identityโ€”the one that’s built in my mind through trauma, glory and life experiencesโ€”loosens me enough to perceive/articulate the rarefied part of [me/you/us] which is obliquely hinted at through songs, poetry, and the tantalizing edge of mystery inherent in philosophy, religion, art, and even scientific pursuits.

Very true. Experience is a good teacher but if adhered to down to the last letter can leave us a bit earthbound. We all need to soar (by our own efforts without the need of manufactured ‘stuff’)

    1. Indeed! Also, only going by our experience limits us to our perspective. Imagination allows us to dip into other peoples’ experience and possibly their perspectives as well (I think).
