Worthy endeavors will never consistently “feel good.” In fact, I believe that the purpose of a worthy endeavor is to stretch to that point where things are “unpleasant” then train your perspective to where that “unpleasantness” actually becomes…enjoyable. And move on to the next thing. And the next thing. And in the vastness of our lives and infinity, we’ll forget we ever dreamed something so silly as “unpleasantness,” and realize that we were having fun all along. 😉
Interesting way to think about it 🙂

Are you secretly one of my therapists, wait only one of them is this smart; are you Claire or her fiancee? What I mean is this is brilliant; what my better therapists say but with more depth & understanding. Thank you so much!

Thank YOU for the compliment! I’m not a therapist and no one you know. I’m just a dude who filters stuff said by wiser people through my own experience. But Thank You!
