One of the keys to staying in a “high state of mind” is by accepting and being okay with a “low state of mind.” The way to enjoy EITHER state of mind is by using [faith/discipline/love/whatever works] to fully experience the [high/low] state of mind and honor it…but stop short of identifying with it.
We’re all something much greater than a single state of mind. 😉
Oh, later today, after I get off work, I want to link a video. It helps reinforce your post!

Okay, I found it! His name is JP Sears and he has a mix of humorous and serious YouTube videos about spirituality. This video is one of his serious videos, and brings up some great points.
Check out all his videos though. The comedy in most of them is legendary! Especially the one about if meat-eaters acted like Vegans.

This is solid advice – you are compiling these into a bathroom back right? I need your musings while I’m expelling evil from my body. I can’t be alone…

Reblogged this on Still Another Writer's Blog and commented:
Being stuck in a single state of mind would be like being in a coma. But, wait, a coma *IS*… …never mind.
