I have a theory that the majority of my behavior is a complex accumulation of defense mechanisms…at one time useful but now clunky and obsolete.  So my approach to life emphasizes recognizing each shield and trap that I’ve laid in my psyche…and being fluid enough to manipulate them as necessary.

IMHO, true courage is to accept that everyone is at the exact right point in their respective paths and to love them regardless of how strange or horrible that may look…even if it means you have to kill them.
