Thank you for the free book! I started reading it during my lunch break at my normal job. I am familiar with some versions of the multiverse theory. I often believe it is interpreted incorrectly, but that is not the reason for my comment. I wanted to say that I had to look up John Hughes (filmmaker). I was around in the 80s and saw the movies; but I didn’t know the writer, director or producer.

Thank you for reading it! I loved writing that one and getting as lighthearted as I could after the grimdark scifi of Echo. I’m kind of uninformed as far as different interpretations of the multiverse–what are your beliefs? Not trying to pick a bone; I’m pretty curious as to how it could iterate.

Without research to support my assertions, I would say that the general idea that “everything is possible” is an overstatement. The concept is that the laws of physics could be different in different bubbles. But the people, places and events would likely be unrelated because divergence at the eariest period would produce dramtically different futures.

Interesting! I think I see where you’re coming from. I feel like (and of course, I also have no research to support this as well) that the degree of relativity would be a function of scale–basically how much iteration occurred in totality
