  3. Well, I didn’t write the review to get publicly thanked, but you are welcome.😊 I wrote the review because I believe in you as a writer. And I enjoyed your book. And, while I suspected you would take my feedback well, that is never a guarantee. It never fails to amaze me how many people wrote to one of my email addresses asking for me to review their book, because if they’ve ever read any of my old reviews on Amazon or any place else, I feel like they should know they’re opening themselves up to my full opinion, and they might not like everything I have to say. I am not ever trying to be mean, but I am always thinking of the customer when I choose to review a purchase, the person who has to spend their money. Because so many people don’t have a lot of money to spend, I have a great deal of sympathy for the ways they can be preyed upon by our commercialized system.

    • I understand. That makes it doubly valuable! I’m glad you enjoyed reading it, because I REALLY enjoyed writing it, especially the parts where Jon is crushing on Erany. I never goofed up in such a fun way, so it was a blast to put on the page! 😁

  5. Will have to agree. After the chaos of adverbs that were Echo this is like real work. I’m not a fan of this kind of thing but yours has the ring of a caper unless you bear down much more on the maudlin “I gotta be me” chorus. I’d read more than the blurb but as it’s not on Kindle unlimited or the library… You may be shooting yourself in the foot with the $3 limited distro because there’s a lot of indies out there who can re-write CS Lewis’s concept for Unlimited. There are also a lot who write total shit on Lewis’s premise so I get your point, but book funnel and Unlimited along with some decent reviews would kick your readership and sales up providing the rest of it is as good as the Look Inside. I mean I can see the cliches coming but this one is well done, and kids thrive on this “stuff.”
