Absolutely. If we consider mistakes to be a lesson rather than something negative, we can learn from them and evolve.

I would disagree with the “learn more from mistakes” and change to learn abruptly (hopefully). But not always. If your desk is neat and you aren’t making mistakes you aren’t doing anything.
