In order to access a creative free-flow, I actively contemplate how untethered I am—I’m basically a meat suit on a floating planet. There may in fact be no true up or down.
Removing these limits from my mind pushes me toward unlimited freedom within my stories.
That is so cool. I’ll have to try that exercise. Thanks for sharing.

I know, crazy right! On the other side of the world, our up is directly opposite from theirs!

Up and down are terms used to describe a direction based on perspective, be it versus the pull of gravity or the orientation of an object relative to you. To freedom is without direction?

More like the initial stages of idea-generation are without direction, and then you craft an illusory direction, (or the illusion of “up” and “down” if you prefer) to guide the audience into an awesome imaginary destination

Sometimes I’m up and sometimes I’m down. Mostly I’m all around.
